From Cibo with love and my 3rd attempt on blogging.

This is my third attempt on blogging. I have had 2 blogs that were both down the drain in a little over a year after I have first started writing. I just basically had nothing to write about and was too lazy to keep the blog up and running. L, the love of my life have always wanted me to put up a blog. He had no idea I already had one which was dating back 2006! We've been together a little over 2 years and I regret not being able to blog about all our sweet getaways. Expect flashbacks every now and then, flashbacks of our past travels (I tell you, there are not a lot!) that deserve a place in this cyberspace.

Travel, Fashion, Food, and the Sweet Deals we get of the internet ---Now I hope I have found something to write about.

L has been addicted to "Deals" found on the internet for quite sometime now, I have always thought that it was just a phase but NO, still going on as I write. Imagine, for Christmas exchange gift, he actually had "a good deal" on his wishlist! And now, all the sites offering these are bookmarked on his computer. No, this will not go away.

So what are deals you ask? These are coupons bought off the internet for a bargain all over the metro. (More and more websites are dedicated for these I have noticed) Last one we claimed was for Cibo, 250php for 500php. That is 50% off! we got 2. And here are what we ordered.

Mozarella Tegameno (230php).
We used to always order Spinaci Zola for our appetizer but thought of giving this one a try. We loved this more but thought that serving was too little. Mozarella and Tomato really go well together.

Linguine La Foresta (Single-240php , Family-425php)
Family isn't really for a family because it only serves 2. We were disappointed when we saw this in person because it looked more appetizing on the menu but we shouldn't have because it was good! So good, I had eaten the olives when I don't usually do.

Prosciutto Di Parma/Porchetta Bianca Pizza (358php)
We asked the server if we could mix 2 flavors together because we cannot decide and they gladly obliged. I loved Prosciutto Di Parma, tomato mozarella, and parma ham taste so good together but L liked Porchetta Bianca better. This had roast pig, spinach, mozarella and... chicharon!

Overall, cibo is a decent italian go to place and is definitely worth the price. Especially if you are able to catch a good deal like we did.
